+$125 per additional hour

- INDOOR use , you can use patio add on for outdoor usage.( 8 hours minimum, upto 10 hours)

- Bar & lounge Area

- Tables & chairs are available on request for additional charges

- Time needed for Set up and pack up must be part of the booking window.

- Self - Catering is permitted

- Additional time or enhancements may be added subject to availability.

- 50% of rental is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
