- Tables & chairs are available on request for additional charges
- Time needed for Set up and pack up must be part of the booking window.
- Self - catering permitted
- Use of prep kitchen permitted
- Bar area & lounge included
- 50% of rental is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 1 day prior to the day of your event.
- Patio access available under add- ons.
