All day rental venue space only for up to 150 guests.

Food, drinks, and decor are not included with this package and must be provided by other vendors.

- Upto 8 hours of use (extra hours charged at $150/hour)

- Tables and chairs available at additional charges

-50% of rental is due at the time of booking and is non- refundable

- The remaining balance is due 1 day prior to the booking.
